Jens Munk, 43, has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, senior executive, business angel and venture capital/ private equity practitioner in the technology space. Prior to joining CFP Jens was partner at a leading software focused Private Equity/ Venture Capital firm where he was involved in all aspects of the business including deal flow, investments, portfolio management and company exits. Before becoming partner, Jens was Entrepreneur-in-Residence, because of 15 years successful executive and entrepreneurial experience in developing , growing, internationalizing and exiting a number of software and technology companies in Europe and the US. Among others Jens served as VP Operations for Swiss financial services vendor Swissrisk, He successfully started and built the Northern European operations of Retek Corp., a specialized US ERP software company in the retail industry, sold to ORACLE in 2006. Jens began his career by founding a software company in Denmark in 1991, which he sold to ShowCase Corp. At ShowCase, a specialized US business intelligence software company, he served as Managing Director International Operations.
