Albumprinter B.V. sold to Vistaprint N.V.
Corporate Finance Partners acted as adviser to Albumprinter B.V. and its shareholders.
Vistaprint announced yesterday that it signed a share purchase agreement to acquire Albumprinter, one of the leading pan-European online photobook companies. Julian Riedlbauer, Managing Director of Corporate Finance Partners, who led the project from the CFP side and comments the transaction as follows: "We feel Vistaprint and Albumprinter are a great fit and we are proud to have been part of creating this combination." Corporate Finance Partners acted as M&A adviser to Albumprinter and its shareholders.
